Tuition Payments
Tuition payments are processed through FACTS Management (FACTS). Families are offered four payment plan options to choose from; payment in full, 2 installments, a 10-month installment plan, or a 12-month installment plan. New families may set-up their payment plans with FACTS or complete the FACTS Payment Agreement that is included in the Enrollment Contract. Families currently enrolled with FACTS will automatically be re-enrolled for the new school year using current plan details unless the school is notified of a change.
Once enrolled in FACTS, families may access their current tuition account online using the Facts Management link.
Tuition assistance is available for children in grades K-8. There are two ways to receive tuition assistance: from your parish and from the diocese through the Diocesan Frances Ward Fund. All aid is given on the basis of demonstrated need. Need is assessed by a third-party provider, FACTS Management (FACTS). Any individual applying for tuition assistance through FACTS will be applying for both parish and the Frances Ward Fund. In order to be eligible for financial assistance through Saints John and Paul Parish, you must be a registered parishioner, attend Mass regularly and contribute to the budget system on a weekly basis. Catholic non-parishioners should apply through their own parish.
To apply for tuition assistance, families must complete a tuition assistance application. Applicants can begin filling out Facts Grant & Aid Assessment online using the Facts Management link. Applicants will be notified of awards in the spring.
